If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AutoVINsights Technologies LLC.

Description of Services

AutoVINsights provides on-demand vehicle inspection services. Through our platform, customers can order professional, third-party vehicle inspections performed by certified inspectors. Our services include, but are not limited to: Standard, Exotic, Classic, Electric, and Motorcycle inspections. Inspection reports are delivered digitally and include photo documentation, condition ratings, and recommendations. Reports are intended to provide a professional assessment at a single point in time and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee regarding the condition of any vehicle.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Website on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@autovinsights.com of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

Orders & Payments

All inspection orders placed through the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by AutoVINsights. Prices are displayed at the time of checkout and are charged in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of the order, including any applicable taxes or fees. All sales are final once an inspector has been dispatched unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an inspection order for a full refund if the cancellation is made before an inspector has been assigned or dispatched. Once an inspector has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an inspection cannot be completed due to seller non-cooperation or vehicle inaccessibility, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at support@autovinsights.com.

Inspection Scheduling & Access

AutoVINsights coordinates with the seller or vehicle custodian to schedule inspections. While we make every effort to complete inspections within the estimated timeframe (typically 24–48 hours), scheduling depends on seller availability and inspector proximity. You acknowledge that inspection timelines are estimates and not guarantees. AutoVINsights is not liable for delays caused by seller unavailability, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Inspection Reports & Limitations

Inspection reports represent the professional opinion of the assigned inspector based on a visual and functional evaluation at a specific point in time. Reports do not cover components that are not visible or accessible during a standard inspection. AutoVINsights does not guarantee the accuracy of odometer readings, vehicle history, title status, or any information provided by sellers. Inspection reports are not a substitute for a full mechanical teardown, frame inspection, or emissions test. Reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold, redistributed, or published without prior written consent from AutoVINsights.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with an order or account.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use the Website to distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful technology.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Casper, Wyoming, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that litigation is permitted under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.

Force Majeure

AutoVINsights shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Website ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution — shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new Effective Date.
