Ordering an Inspection
How do I order an inspection?

Log in to your account, click "Order Inspection," and follow the steps to provide vehicle details, select your inspection type, and complete payment.
What inspection types are available?

We offer Standard, Exotic, Classic, Electric, and Motorcycle inspections. Each is tailored to the specific needs of that vehicle type.
Can I order an inspection without an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest through our public order page. Creating an account lets you track orders and access reports from your dashboard.
How do I choose the right inspection type?

If you're unsure, start with our Standard inspection â it covers most vehicles. For luxury, classic, EV, or motorcycle purchases, choose the specialized option for the most thorough evaluation.
Reports & Results
How soon will I receive my report?

Most reports are delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. You'll receive an email notification when your report is ready.
What's included in the inspection report?

Reports include a comprehensive condition assessment, photo documentation of findings, condition ratings for each system, and actionable recommendations.
Can I share my report with others?

Yes. Your digital report can be shared via a link with anyone â buyers, sellers, mechanics, or family members.
What if I have questions about my report?

Contact our support team at support@autovinsights.com with your order ID. We'll help you understand every finding.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processing.
Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available if the inspection has not yet been performed. Once an inspector has been dispatched, please contact us to discuss your options.
Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Dealerships and fleet managers can contact us for competitive volume pricing. Visit our dealer referral program page for more details.
Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. A receipt is emailed to you immediately after payment and is also available in your account dashboard.
Account & Settings
How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" on our homepage and provide your name, email, and password. You can also sign up with Google for faster access.
How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
Can I update my contact information?
+
Yes. Go to "My Account" in your dashboard to update your name, email, phone number, and other details.
How do I view my past orders?
+
All past orders are available in the "Inspections" section of your dashboard. You can view reports, track status, and access receipts.
